Counselling Services
Counselling service management software
From NHS Talking Therapies partners and third-sector counselling services to EAP providers and independent counselling agencies, Rhadar gives counselling teams the tools they need to deliver safe, effective, evidence-based care. Everything you need — referrals, appointments, session notes, outcome measures, supervision and reporting — sits inside a single secure UK-hosted platform. Rhadar was designed hand-in-hand with practising counsellors. That means the workflows match the way counselling services actually run: intake, triage, allocation, contracting, review and closure — with the paperwork, reminders and reporting handled for you so counsellors can focus on the therapeutic relationship.

Built for the way counselling services really work
Whether you offer short-term CBT, humanistic counselling, integrative therapy, EMDR, bereavement counselling or specialist trauma work, Rhadar adapts to your service model. Configure the session types, contracting rules, review points and closure criteria that fit your service — no bespoke development required. Counsellors log in to a clean, distraction-free interface, see their caseload at a glance and can write up notes in minutes rather than hours. Clinical leads get real-time visibility of caseloads, waiting times and outcomes across the whole service.
Outcome-informed practice made easy
Rhadar makes it simple to embed outcome-informed practice across your counselling service. Pre-session measures are captured through the client portal or in-session on any device, results are shown to counsellors at the start of each session, and change scores are calculated automatically. Service leads can benchmark reliable improvement, recovery and deterioration rates across contracts, teams and interventions.
Reporting for funders, commissioners and boards
Produce activity, waiting time, DNA and outcome reports in minutes. Filter by contract, funder, service, counsellor, presenting issue or demographic. Export to Excel, PDF or CSV for NHS ICB reporting, funder returns, board packs and impact reports.
Security your service can rely on
Rhadar is UK-hosted, encrypted, backed up daily and covered by a documented disaster-recovery plan. Two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, granular role-based permissions and complete audit logs give your DPO and clinical lead everything they need to satisfy UK GDPR and BACP / NCPS / UKCP good-practice requirements.
Frequently asked questions
Does Rhadar support both in-person and remote counselling?
Yes. Sessions can be recorded as face-to-face, telephone or video, and outcome measures work equally well for remote and in-person counselling.
Can clients self-refer online?
Yes. Embed a secure self-referral form on your website. Referrals arrive straight into Rhadar for triage, with baseline outcome measures already captured.
Does Rhadar integrate with NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) reporting?
Rhadar supports the outcome measures, session data and reporting structure required by NHS Talking Therapies contracts, and can export data for onward MDS reporting.
Can supervisors see their supervisees' caseloads?
Yes. Clinical supervisors can be given controlled visibility of the caseloads they supervise, with all access fully audited.
Is Rhadar accredited by BACP or another professional body?
Rhadar is software, not a therapist accrediting body. It is designed to support the record-keeping, supervision and outcome-monitoring standards expected by BACP, NCPS, UKCP and BABCP.
