Yes. Sessions can be recorded as face-to-face, telephone or video, and outcome measures work equally well for remote and in-person counselling.

Can clients self-refer online?

Yes. Embed a secure self-referral form on your website. Referrals arrive straight into Rhadar for triage, with baseline outcome measures already captured.

Does Rhadar integrate with NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) reporting?

Rhadar supports the outcome measures, session data and reporting structure required by NHS Talking Therapies contracts, and can export data for onward MDS reporting.

Can supervisors see their supervisees' caseloads?

Yes. Clinical supervisors can be given controlled visibility of the caseloads they supervise, with all access fully audited.

Is Rhadar accredited by BACP or another professional body?

Rhadar is software, not a therapist accrediting body. It is designed to support the record-keeping, supervision and outcome-monitoring standards expected by BACP, NCPS, UKCP and BABCP.
