A warning icon will appear on the Clients list for any clients that are PHQ-9 Positive Screen. This information will also appear in the client details page.

Frequently asked questions

Is PHQ-9 scored automatically?

Yes. Rhadar will automatically calculate the scores when a new PHQ-9 form is completed.

Can we see progress over time?

Yes, session by session trend charts are produced automatically for the client.

Can clients complete PHQ-9 themselves?

At the moment no, they have to either be with the Therapist or the Therapist will complete the form on their befhalf.

Can we report on PHQ-9 across the service?

Yes. Aggregated PHQ-9 outputs are available for boards and commissioners.

Can I see PHQ-9 Positive Screens easily?

Yes. From the clients list page a warning icon will appear next to any client that is PHQ-9 Positive Screen. Within the client details a warning box with the PHQ-9 positive screen score will also be displayed.
