Service Users
Service users are Rhadar logins given to external organisations/people that work with you (for example schools) and gives them the ability to create/refer clients to you. Entries are held within a seperate Service User Waiting List.

Service User Waiting List
Clients created from the Service User accounts will all be held in the Service User Waiting List. Once a Therapist is assigned, the client is fully onboarded.

Can we manage our own Service Users?
Yes. After the initial creation of the Service User accounts, you can manage them, for example change their password
Do we enforce MFA?
Yes. MFA is enforced across the whole of Rhadar, even Service User accounts.
What can a Sevice User Account actually do?
All the Service User account can do is create a client, which is held in a seperate Service User Waiting List, and edit detalis of the clients they have created.
