In an effort to support the paperless office, Rhadar incorporates three different client/patient contracts. These are read and completed by the client, patient, parent or guardian and held within Rhadar. The content of each of the three contracts can be adjusted to suit each organisation/charity.
Upon loading the contract, the signed date and client code are automatically populated. When the client/patient had read and agreed with the terms they simply sign the document. Upon submitting the contract is then emailed to the client and stored wtihin the system to be accessed by the admin staff and the assigned therapist.
