Rhadar includes a document store for every patient/client. The Documents tab gives admin staff and the assigned therapist the ability to upload and maintain documents for each patient/client. Documents are easily uplaoded and given a descriptive name.
Documents are then easily accessed and downloaded whenever required. The documents feature is not limited, as many documents can be uplaoded a as required and all file formats are supported.
The client documents tab allows the admin staff and therapist to upload documents that are relevant to the client. These can be downloaded at any time from within Rhadar.
