Rhadar gives the option to archive therapists. When a therapist is no longer working for the organisation they can be archived. The records will still be there as there is a legal requirement to do so for 7 years. The archived records can still be referenced and are kept separate from the active therapist list.
Rhadar periodically checks its records and runs scripts against therapists that are archived. Once the archive date passes 7 years, Rhadaar will remove all personal identifyable data from the therapist. The rest of the details are still there for reporting purposes.
