Patient Archiving
Rhadar gives the option to archive patients. When a patient is no longer active they can be archived. The records will still be there as there is a legal requirement to do so for 7 years. The archived records can still be referenced and are kept separate from the active client list.
Rhadar periodically checks its records and runs scripts against clients that are archived. Once the archive date passes 7 years, Rhadaar will remove all personal identifyable data from the client. The rest of the details are still there for reporting purposes.
