Extensive Client/Patient Information
Your business is all about the client. Rhadar securely holds a vast amount of information about your client eliminating the need for paper records, or data split across systems. Everything you need is held within Rhadar and acccessible to your admin staff and the Thearpist assigned to the client. Other therapists will not be able to access clients that are not assigned to them.
All data held on the client is editable by the admin staff and the therapist.
This is the general contact information held about the client but also includes date of contact, date of referral, date placed on the Waiting List, and Service to mention a few.
The general information tab will hold information about gender, ethnicity, secual orientation to mention a few. It will also have sections where the admin staff and therapist can place notes about presenting issues and any abuse or dependency issues.
