All Rhadar subscriptions come with full Support. The developers of Rhadar, Swift Digital Solutions, have a team of in-house developers and IT Support engineers available for all your users' issues. IF a user has a problem with Rhadar there are three simple ways to receive support:

Using the Swift Digital self-service portal Raising support tickets via the Swift Digital self-service portal ensures that your users will receive a 60 minute technical response. No waiting around for hours or days before someone gets back to you, raising the ticket via our self-service portal ensures that your ticket is automatically created onto our ticketing system and monitored to ensure that the 60 minute SLA is not breached.

Using the Swift Digital mobile appRaising support tickets via the Swift Digital mobile app ensures that your users will receive a 60 minute technical response. No waiting around for hours or days before someone gets back to you, raising the ticket via our self-service app which can be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Play Store ensures that your ticket is automatically created onto our ticketing system and monitored to ensure that the 60 minute SLA is not breached.

Call the helpdesk - Simply telephone our helpdesk on 020 8447 4540 and speak to one of our technicians. You are not guranteed a technical response when you call however the technician will raise the ticket for you which will then be monitored and responded to within 60 mintues.

Send us an email - Send an email to our helpdesk mailbox support@swiftdigitalwebsites.co.uk and when picked up will be raised as a ticket on our Helpdesk system.
