Client/Patient Safeguarding
Rhadar has been developed to allow for patient/client safeguarding. There are several aspects and indicators within the software to allow the staff admins and assigned therapist to open, close and clear safeguarding. In addition, Safeguarding notes are also available within the sessions section.
Monitoring the safeguarding can be done at a glance or reported on using the two dedicated Safeguarding reports. To monitor safeguarding:
The clients list shows either a green flag or a red flag next to the client record indicating open or closed safeguarding.
The individual client record under details tab will also show a safeguarding red or green flag
